About Our Parties
Party Planning Consultation:
With all of our parties, we offer a 15-minute party planning call to review your chosen package, ensure our time together fits seamlessly into your party plans, and answer any questions.
Meet & Greet Circle Time:
For all packages, we start our time together with a cozy sit-down circle time meet & greet, where the princess or fairy can get to know each child. This is where our character gives the birthday child a special handmade birthday card from the character.
One-of-a-kind Princess Training:
Presented through a Princess Handbook written by Your Fairytale Friends, our Princess Training is a heartwarming guide designed to teach the values of kindness, confidence, and resilience through the inspiring lessons of beloved princesses. Encouraging children to embrace their uniqueness, practice self-love, and build meaningful relationships with family and friends. It highlights the importance of bravery, creativity, gratitude, and following one's heart while fostering responsibility, discipline, and deep care for the world around them. With wisdom drawn from princesses like Cinderella, Moana, Rapunzel, and many more, this training empowers children to believe in themselves and create their own magical, happily-ever-after fairytale.
Princess Crowning Coronation or Fairy Wing Ceremony:
We do a royal princess crowning coronation ceremony for Princess Parties, where your little one takes the princess pledge from our royal scroll. Your child then gets crowned with a beautiful, high-quality rhinestone crown and is anointed by your princess character with rose oil. (All supplies provided by us)
We do a fairy initiation ceremony for fairy parties where your child takes the fairy pledge from our enchanted scroll. Your child then receives their beautiful high-quality fairy wings and gets anointed with jasmine oil. (All supplies provided by us)
Dance Party Singalong & Freeze Dance Game:
After the ceremony, it's time to celebrate! We all get to get up and have a dazzling dance party, sing along, and freeze dance game where the children get to sing & dance with character(s). (We bring the speaker & music)
Live Performance Of Characters Popular Song:
From there, the princess or fairy performs a live performance of her song for the children, then sings happy birthday to the birthday child, which, of course, everyone is encouraged to join in on.
Party Gifts For All Children:
After the ceremony, all children receive gifts from the character(s). (All supplies provided by us)
Craft Time:
For the extended packages, 60, 75, or 85 minutes, we offer a range of fun crafts for the character(s) to do with your child & their guests. Check out our options below. (All supplies provided by us)
Photo Time:
After the crafts are packed up, we offer time for the children to get any last hugs & their picture taken with our character before she leaves.
Add Ons:
Check out our party add-ons, like hiring another character, face painting, kids' tattoos, face jewels, manicures, and both fairy & princess parties in one, as well as other fun add-ons. All add-ons include extra time with the character(s).
A Warm Goodbye:
When your character leaves, we recommend you do cake so that the children can have something to get excited about and minimize upset over the character going.

To inquire about parties, please send an email or text with which character(s), package, and add-ons you are interested in, as well as the date & time of the party. Later in our party consultation call, we will go over everything. We will need the age and gender of the birthday child and an estimate of how many children will be coming.
For playdates, include how many children, their genders & ages, the date & time you are interested in booking, the package & and any add-ons you are interested in.
